Gadi Gilon served as a VP and CIO at Partner Communications (2006-2010); as CIO and SVP of the Keter Group an International, Israeli owned company (2004-2006); as the  CIO at Clalit Health Services (2000-2004); as a lecturer at Emek Izrael College (2001-2004) and as a Director and CIO at Soroka University Medical Center (1997-2000). Gadi holds a Masters degree in Philosophy from the Tel-Aviv University and a Bachelors Degree in Management, Economics and Human behavioral Sciences from the Ben Gurion University, Beer Sheva, Israel. Gadi is a board member of Beterem, the national center for children's safety and health.

Oren Teich currently holds the position of AVP Information Systems for the Comverse Group (Nasdaq ticker: CMVT), an Israeli based international IT giant providing communication software and associated equipment. Oren leads Comverse’s IT application portfolio strategy and global implementations. Prior to his current position Oren served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Retalix Ltd. (Nasdaq ticker: RTLX) where he was responsible for all IT aspects worldwide, as well as supporting due diligence and taking an active role in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Retalix, Oren served as Chief Technical and R&D Officer (CTO) for Art-In Technologies Ltd., then a publicly traded company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE: ARTN) defining the company’s technological strategy, leading mega technological projects and initiating innovative spinoffs. Oren holds BA in Business from the Ruppin Academic Center.
