  • Peter Quednau  President
    Peter has extensive business, management, R&D and technical experience in the IT and Chemical industries. In addition to his involvement with Nogacom and other technology enterprises, Peter is the Co-owner and Chairman of the Board of AFCONA Additives (Jiangsu) Co Ltd. From 1983-2002, Peter co-founded EFKA Chemicals and worked as the Technical Director helping to build the company into a world-leading enterprise. EFKA was acquired by Ciba (now part of BASF) in 2001. Prior to EFKA, Peter worked for several chemical companies in Germany. Peter holds over 20 patents and has an MSc Engineering degree in Applied Science and Chemistry from Niederrhein University, Germany.
  • Thomas Quednau CEO
    Thomas Quednau has over 17 years experience in IT, management, and bringing new technologies to market. In 2000 Thomas founded ConMedias, a consulting organization which specializes in security and governance solutions. Thomas has also worked for a number of large German banks including Bau und Boden Bank, DePfa Bank, Aareal Bank and Dresdner Bank. Thomas gained a Diplom Volkswirt in International Economics from the University of Hamburg.
  • Mario Pessina 
    Mario Pessina is an entrepreneur with over 35 years experience in management, sales and marketing. He co-founded EFKA Additives B.V. in 1984 and led the marketing and sales of the company, which was sold to CIBA in 2001. Prior to EFKA Additives, Mario served as a senior sales executive at Plastic-Paint and Printing Ink Industries. Today Mario serves as a board member of various technology companies, including QI Europe where he is the Executive Chairman. Mario holds a degree in Industrial Chemistry.
  • Ariel Peled Founder
    Ariel Peled has extensive technology and industry experience.  In 2000 Ariel founded PortAuthority (formerly Vidius), the leader in Information Leak Prevention served as its General Manager and CTO until 2005. At PortAuthority, he was responsible for product development, product architecture, product marketing and marketing strategy. Additionally, Ariel invented 20 patents at PortAuthority and was responsible for the company's IP strategy. PortAuthority was acquired by Websense (NSDQ:WBSN) for $90M in 2006. Prior to PortAuthority, Ariel worked for Microsoft where he played a key role in developing the OS2 and PM subsystems for WindowsNT. Ariel is a co-founder and serves as the President of Israel's Information Security Association. Ariel has a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion University, Haifa, Israel.
