General Reports
- Shows the number of documents for each business entity. Includes the storage system and the total size of documents for each business entity.
- Shows the number of documents for each format. Includes the storage system and the total size of documents for each format.
- Shows the number of deleted documents per each storage system.
Permissions Analysis Reports
- Shows the total number of users who have access rights to documents or file folders (grouped by their specific business entities).
- Drill down to list all the individuals who have access to each specific document, and indicates which access permissions they have.
Mailbox Access Analysis Report
- Identifies shared Microsoft Exchange mailboxes and/or mailbox folders.
Access Analysis Reports
- Shows which users have actually accessed and edited content.
- Provides a list of the documents with the most changes, including ACLs.

Version and Copy Analysis Reports
- Identifies copies and versions of documents and shows where they are located. Also shows ownership of copies and versions by user, group and department, and the access permissions on them.
