Customer Implementation Service: 

Customer implementation service is an integral part of Nogacom’s product package. Nogacom is committed to ensuring a smooth implementation of its products. We provide all the necessary resources needed to ensure our customers’ overall success and total satisfaction with Nogacom’s products.

Customer Training:

Training and education is an important part of the services we provide to our customers and partners. Training includes:

  • Technical Training:  Nogacom provides system administrators and technical staff with advanced training to enable them to understand how Nogacom’s products work and how to perform maintenance and basic support tasks. Nogacom also provides detailed user manuals for technology staff.
  • End-User Training: Nogacom’s products are highly intuitive and designed for simplicity. If required, we help end-users make the most of our products through hands-on training as well as detailed user manuals that take users step-by-step through our products.
  • Partner Training: Nogacom provides its partners with advanced training on product implementation.  Using a highly interactive, hands-on approach, we help shorten the learning curve considerably.
